All said and done will the Wii U sell higher lifetime?

While the wii-u is still tracking behind the cube, I think it will pick up enough to match it, cannot see ps4 selling 22 million this year,

People think it could sell under 20m based on the fact that its tracking far behind Gamecube numbers in the same timeframe.

Wii U as of March 31, 2014-6.17m

Gamecube as of March 31, 2003-9.55m

On top of that, even with Mario Kart the baseline is under 10k in Japan and June numbers in the US according to NPD were less than June 2003 numbers for Gamecube.

 ps3 had a bad start ,now 82.6m sold...xbone is the fastest selling xb console, thats mean will outsell xbox360...?NO!i completely disagree with these alignments,because they misleading us and dont prove anything...! also...dear you wrote as of march 31,mk8 released on 29-30th may..so things might change...as for japan ,ps4 is doing 5k but is doing great in other territories!wii u currently outselling, xbone is this mean that xbone will sell also under 20m ?

Of course its a possibility for it to have a turnaround, I was just saying thats why some people think it will do sub 20m. The reason I gave numbers as of March 31, is because I dont know what GC was at as of June 30, 2003 but I gave some numbers in US/Japan for June and it still isnt matching up to GC at the same point.

Hyrule warriors and bayonetta 2 will bring in the hardcore and help them not sell 750k lifetime each. SSBU will sell a lot of wii Us.
