Answer is no but PS4's peak year sales will be higher than Wii U's lifetime sales. I like threads like these very much. Who would thought one day we will be seeing threads like these.

The funny fact is that he said that will be  LUCKY  if Wii U sell 10 million...maye he think that is more realistic 8/9 million lifetime...lol.

Hyrule warriors and bayonetta 2 will bring in the hardcore and help them not sell 750k lifetime each. SSBU will sell a lot of wii Us. All of this combined with the fact that the ps4 is ''going in the wrong direction'' will help the wii u sell more than the ps4 globally in the US.

I had that Wii U prediction for over a year now, so I think I'll just stick with it unless there's a really dramatic change. But yeah it could possibly end up lower.


are you serious...?wii u will even or beat n64...gc sold 22m with ps2...wii u will sell 15-17 or under?....with ps4 which hasnt the dynamics of ps2 or even ps1 in a market thats bigger that 6thgen market...oh my god...wii u could be 11m by the end of 2014...recently you were saying 20-25m, what happened?under 20m predictions are just frustrating...

I don't care what Nintendo is saying now. I think they'll pull a GBA->DS, announce a "3rd pillar" console in 2016 that releases along side the Wii U, and phase the Wii U out once that picks up steam. If the don't fuck it up, that is.

I love my Wii U and still think it's the best home console out, but it's history in 2 years.
