A new city, huh? Would be interesting for sure.
But a new city for me would be most likely to occur in a sequel rather than just DLC.
Finally get to live out my fantasy of visiting...Camden, New Jersey...

True, but if only 50% of the parties are doing thier part then it will still be a bust. No-one with a brain would expect to release twice as much content for all other versions, currently at a reduced price, and then put out thier delayed version at full price next to it and hope for the best.
