OT, the sales margin between the two in US is really close. Its actually possible for the xbox one to turn the tides in a month (like the month of Halo:MCC or Halo5) temporarily at least.

Yes, because of the power of these consoles. The PS3 and the 360 were on par with the most high-end PC's, the PS4 and the XB1 are not.

@OP  Maybe PS4 will win, its certainly has a lot of hype to run with as well as being slightly more powerful.  Then again Microsoft has been securing a lot of big exclusives.  There is also this small game called Halo.....

But yes, PS4 may win, it may not but this thread seems a little premature to rule out either one lol

Everytime someone says Halo for Xbox, I think Mario for Nintendo, but that isn't even symmetric. Halo is more like Xbox's Zelda. They don't have a Mario.

They talk about popularity Mario is Nintendo biggest selling exclusive  and Microsoft  biggest selling exclusive is Halo



PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

Soory bro. But I used the term "potential". PS4's bigger install base + increasing attach rate + goodwill + hype can make miracles. I am not discrediting halo sales. They are very impressive. But change has started. And nothing stays at top forever.

Uncharted series look like it's growing and Halo is shrinking ,Uncharted has a chance to become bigger then Halo one day

I give microsoft credit for being ahead with Xbox 360. But with PS4 its different. With titanfall it couldnt top PS4. And general customers act differently than us. "Real exclusives" made the wonder for PS3. This time it will be same with PS4. Its upto you wheather you want to accept reality or not.

Im pretty sure he was talking about Uncharted 4 > Halo 5 which is very possible sense the PS4 install base is much greater than Xbox's and the Uncharted series is on a rise while Halo is decreasing.

I am talking with logic to aniticipate future (Uncharted 4 sales > Halo 5 sales). And you are using "Past" data. These two will never match.
