That's just like me and the SRPG genre of games, i avoid them because i don't find them fun, not that they are bad. You almost sound offended that i wouldn't watch them like everyone has to like to same stuff or something.

I don't care what you watch, to be honest.  However, your judgemental and dismissive attitude about stuff you say you've never heard of is definitely off-putting.  Moyashimon is "moe"?  Seriously?  And Non Non Biyori has more genuine emotion than most of the melodrama you listed.  Don't talk down to people about stuff you haven't even seen or know anything about.

Again who talked down to it? Guess saying something isn't your style is now talking down to it? I said i didn't care for it, but something tells me you would be even less happy if i watched it, did not like them, or said they bored me to tears.

Looking by the ones you listed earlier it's clear you like the "moe" kind of SOL,which is cool, i prefer the more emotional, impactful, dramatic type stuff.

I've never even heard of Non Non Biyori or Yuru Yuri. Did a quick google search, and i can tell you now i wouldn't watch them. 

Though I'm not taking a side in this back-and-forth, this type of post would probably annoy me too, if directed at me. It's basically like saying, "you seem to prefer simple stories, while I like mature ones". It's not fair to lump everything together, and even less fair to make assumptions about someone's taste.

I'd honestly recommend you both take a step back from this. You both agreed to disagree...so this clealy won't go anywhere. There's no rewards for being right on the internet...all it does is leave you either annoyed or more annoyed. I know that all too well. x.x

Anyways, I voted Toradora, even though I preferred it more for the romance and drama elements than the slice of life stuff.

Has there ever been a certain song that plays in an anime that stayed with you and you frequently listen to? No OPs or EDs allowed, I mean a song that plays during a crucial scene, a song the MC plays, a battle theme, character theme, whatever really, as long as it isn't the OP or ED. For me, there are quite a bit, but the ones I want to mention are Libera Me From Hell from Gurren Laggan and B Bird from Gundam Unicorn(these are songs I use a lot when I'm doing something trivial or just working out).So what are you're choices?
