Fushigi na Somera-chan is a good short. I laughed. Do recommend at only about three minutes an episode.

It's basically Ai Mai Mi but not as good. If you like it you need to check out Ai Mai Mi.

It's basically Teekyuu in crazy.

The Perfect Insider is a bit dry for it's first showing but I'm interested enough to follow it ...

So how was Lance n Masques episode 2?

It's ... not very good.  I don't know if it's a drop yet but it's close.  Everything about it just seems like a jumbled up mess.

And what's with a "white knight" resorting to violence like that?

Didnt you say its probably the best amime youve ever seen after episode 1? And i don't know, i dropped it after 10minutes into episode 1 coz i thought the MC sucked dick.

I certainly did.  It was pure sarcasm, certainly, but I did say that.  I compared it to Ivanhoe, Metamorphosis, and Touch Me Nii-chan.

I did not expect to really like this anime! I thought it was going to just be your generic harem where a new guy gets transfered into this school where he is the only guy. I like how they gave the guy and these girls unique personalities. I cant wait for more to happen. I did LOL on a lot of the scenes. Im also loving that maid =D

PS: http://imgur.com/tV1CksX <------- and yes! This was in the opening song........ =D (Found it on MAL)

Edit: And it does remind me a bit of Ouran highschool host club and Grisaia no Kaijitsyu

That image... WTF? Not what you'd expect to see in an anime opening song

No.... no you dont =D Especially for a harem ecchi anime. I was like WTF! But then they explain why "that" is even in the OP. I guess it kinda plays a big part =D

That sounds kinda hentaiish...

First episode had the "waking up in bed with a little girl" moment and the second episode already brought out the group bath scene.  I'm sure more child-based sexual content is still yet to come.  Yay Japan.

Elsewhere, I was not especially impressed with Sample Commoner.  Not only did the protagonist lack a spine but it seems that rich girls are stupid.  The girl with the red hair was equally as stupid but at least she was somewhat interesting.  I really wish the main character had told the maid to go fuck off, though, so I could have had some respect for him.  I'm guessing we'll see more members of the Commoner club soon and I'm pretty sure I know who they are.  Heh.  Surprise me, anime!  I double cat dare you!

I'm not sure which violence you're referring to. If it was the small knock on the head, that was just parental scolding more than anything else. If it was the battle in the office, that was still actually part of his white knight syndrome. He felt Makio would be in trouble if he did nothing, so he took action. In the end, both acts of potential violence were because Makio's quality of life risked going down.

Otherwise I think the show is moving a little fast right now. Bam, his squire, horse, and the maid that trained him all came from the island and are at the mansion. Makio adjusts. Montage. Makio tries to put herself in danger, gets scolded. Battle maid thinks this is okay. Battle maid tells all other maids to pack their bags. Brother of main former maid swears revenge. Brother of main former maid goes to mansion, beats everyone up, and takes Makio.

Somewhere between all of that was the office battle. Although I haven't lost track yet, they shoved a lot into one episode basically trying to get any and all MC and company based exposition out of the way ASAP. I'm hoping the show slows down a bit and introduces some kind of overarcing plot line before long that extends beyond "Makio is lonely so I need to stay here".

Attacking people and using violence to force his way into private propery makes him pretty crappy as someone who is supposed to uphold justice.  I mean, seriously, that's awful.  Let's say he stabbed the guy.  Would that really have solved anything?  I can't imagine that it would have helped the situation a whole lot.  "I just stabbed one of your employees because I think it's terrible that you don't send your daughter to school!"

To be fair, the knight he attacks flat out tells him that what he was doing was not as a knight. I mean, the anime didn't condone his actions by any means, and he walks out of the office knowing he just messed up pretty badly. I think the show did a decent job covering the immaturity of his character despite holding the title of knight.
