It's going to depend very much on your personal preferences, of course, but a few Crunchyroll anime I rank highly are:

Chihayafuru - One of the best anime of the last several years.  It's about a karuta club in high school, a Japanese game where two sides attempt to take cards on a playing field when their respective poems are read.  Sounds boring but absolutely is not.  The characters and conflicts are excellent.

Kimi ni Todoke - A romance anime about a girl who is often mistaken with Sadako from The Ring.  She has a heart of gold but a fundamental problem communicating with other people.

Skip Beat! - Unlike the others above, a lot of new anime fans probably haven't seen this one.  It's the story of a girl who tries her best to support the guy she loves, including quitting school and working multiple jobs.  However, when he realizes of dream of becoming a star, he tosses her aside.  She vows revenge and enters the entertainment business to take him down a peg but in doing so she begins to discover more about herself and her own dreams.  One of my all-time favorites.

Durarara!! - An obvious one but this (along with Baccano!) is a lot of fun.

Gurren Lagann - An action anime that seems kind of ho-hum at first but when it kicks into gear it really kicks hard.  It had a turning point that completely stunned me.

YuruYuri - Slice of life but really, really fun.  Kyoko Toshino is one of the best characters ever animated and a personal role model of mine.

One Week Friends - Very soft and fluffy and kind of moving.  It's about a guy who begins to fall for a girl who forgets all her friends after a week.

Saki - I'm probably on my own with this one but I love Saki.  It's a mahjong club anime that mainly centers on a girl who gifted at it but doesn't really realize it.  They aim for the high school tournament, of course.  What makes Saki different, though, is the way the writer makes the characters from the other schools come alive.  Sometimes you won't know who to root for because two of your favorites might be going head to head.  Also, it's fun because it's not realistic, with some of the girls having special powers when it comes to mahjong, which makes it dramatic.

Yuyushiki - A very fun and cute comedy about three female friends who are each very different.

Love Lab - I thought it was hilarous.  That's all I can really say.  Hilarous.

So ive added Yoru No Yatterman and Junkestu No Maria to my simulcasting, Im really liking them, especially Maria, about 2 episodes in and im hooked. Also re watching Sekai Seifuku: Bouryaku no Zvezda and FLCL, two animes i recommend.

One anime I'm hugely disappointing with this season is Log Horizon 2, there's been some really great episodes, buts so much filler its really dragging.

Log Horizon has been dragging on for a while. The only thing that keeps it running are a few interesting new revelations every other episode. I think I would like it a lot more with half the episode count. Kinda like Shigatsu wa kimi no uso.

It would still be just as bad since the plot would stay the same ...

As an update to this, I went to re-watch Saki on Crunchyroll but it turns out their "Saki" is the 2nd and 3rd series, Side A and The Nationals, without the original 25 episode run anywhere in sight.  Side A is about a group of girls on the other side of the brackets who are old friends of Nodoka (Saki's teammate and <3?(!)) that are aiming to meet her in the Finals, while The Nationals picks up from the original series.  Neither are ideal as starting points.  I had to resort to anilinkz.

It's as good as I remember.  I'd forgotten how short Saki's skirt is, though.  Their school must be a very distracting place for guys.  I love how she's a badass at mahjong but this small little animal otherwise.  It's so cute.

And the President, as usual, is just damn cool.

FU*K!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I seriously hate when i read a manga, and when i try to swipe to the next chapter, then it says "Theres is no next Chapter"
ARGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!
Especially when its like in a cliffhanger =(
Its much worse than waiting for the next ep of anime in 1 week, since manga's are unpredictable.

Just watched No Game No Life. Loved it! Love the kind of shows where the main characters are always planning way ahead and are using so much strategy, similar to Death Note. Really hope there is a 2nd season though, was disappointed it ended after only 12 episodes

Yep! I love the anime too. And i really like the world that its set in.

And yeah, i hope we get some sort of an announcement for season 2 this year, which will air next year.

I thought new chapters of manga released every week/month depending on the magazine?

It also depends on the translations.

When i check on mangafox, most manags have like 1-3month gap for each chapter to get translated =(

It will take much longer, if the manga isnt that popular.

But! that's what i get for reading it for free =D

But then someone has to get the scans and get them translated, typeset, and edited.  It can be months between releases unless it's something is really popular.  A lot of people do it in their spare time, so it can go long stretches then appear in bunches or even leak out in slow intervals.  It's not unusual at all for projects to get dropped, either, then you have to wait and hope someone else picks it up.
