That's A-list. Someone like Miyuki Sawashiro will probably make a lot more than that with endorsements and the ability to pick and chose what roles she takes. The difference is, most animators will be able to find work if they're good, even if it's for peanuts, but becoming a voice actor is very difficult. Most will probably fail to find work and be unable to break into the industry. Everyone wants to hire the top people if they can. With animators, it really depends on speed and how many cuts they can draw while maintaining high quality.
Shirobako is really fantastic about explaining how anime is made. In it, we see Ema has a job as an animator but is struggling with achieving speed/quality at the same time, while her friend has only had one audition as a voice actress, where her chances went way down when an A-list actress also showed up.
Also, one of the neat things about Shirobako is that the lead roles are mostly voiced by new people, with the supporting roles being voiced by A-listers.
