Haru Yoshida

Anime: Tonari no Kaibutsu-Kun

Bio: He is a high school student who sits next to Shizuku in class. He is a delinquent boy who is absent for a long time after getting in a fight early in the story. Despite being a trouble maker, he is a passionate boy who helps others and can achieve high grades with little effort. He does not like going to school because most people see him as a threat and are afraid of him, saddening him as he is unable to make real friends. After meeting Shizuku, he takes her as his first real friend and starts to attend school, falling in love with her in the process. He also keeps a rooster and brings it to school everyday, despite his teacher's disapproval. It is unclear whether or not he actually thinks before he speaks.

Fun Fact: Despite acting the part of a delinquent, Haru is actually quite innocent and shy.

Honya-san could've been something special. Sadly it's the opposite. It's as if they just crammed in all tropes they could find in order to create the most generic comedy anime they could think of. There is just no heart in it. I'll give it one chance in the second ep but if that doesn't connect, it's dropped.

It's not anime but I just noticed that Crunchyroll has The Liar Game live action now.  It's an awesome series.  Erika Toda is also one of my favorite actresses.  It's about an innocent and trusting girl who gets conned into playing a series of sinister games where you have to betray your opponents in order to advance.  If you lose, you have to pay back all the money that was "loaned" to you at the start of the game.  Lucky for her, a young man with a rep for being a genius con-artist reluctantly sides with her, though he also seems to harbor secrets.  If you like puzzle solving mixed with suspense than I reccommend it.
