The problem for the xb1 is that the games you listed are available on PC and PS4... both offer better versions of these to varying degree and the PS4 cost the same (or was cheaper until recently) why would anyone buy an xb1 to play Watch_Dogs or Snyper 3?

As for the Wii U, Nintendo offer a truly different experience, so if you have a PS4 or PC and want something else, there is still a reasonable argument to make for someone to get the U (unless they want Halo I guess).

Ok, so... which did better in that entire 2 month period then?

On May, June, and for first half of July.

You do realise that this thread is probably getting a bump starting from September when Xbox One is probably going to sell double then what Wii-U is selling?(and i'm not just talking about Destiny/other territories launch week).

Still doomed!

You mean the week that Destiny released on PS4, PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 as well as Xbox One (and many MS fans are likely to be upset over Bungie going multiplatform and having apparent PS preference), and there's a small bump in sales as Xbox One released in regions where both of the other consoles were released much earlier, where it was never strong for Microsoft? With the only Xbox One exclusive scheduled during that month being Dance Central Spotlight (with no other exclusive since June)? And the next Xbox One exclusive, Sunset Overdrive, not releasing until the end of October? In the same month that Wii U is going to see a boost from exclusive Hyrule Warriors (that is going to appeal to all the people wanting Zelda U), as well as Bayonetta 1+2 and Fatal Frame V in Japan (both also exclusive)?

I don't know, I just don't see it. But your post will guarantee that, one way or another, the thread will almost certainly get a bump - either to mock the OP, or to mock you. I guess we'll see which it ends up being in a couple of months.

Burned.

I think he means china... I don't think you should count china for a ton of sales just yet, I think only nintendo would do well in china and sony would do fair but I don't think microsoft will do well over there.

China is the only way these consoles in the 8th gen will pass 100mil

After Destiny hits there will be a steady stream of games (NHL, Madden, Fifa, Forza, Middle-Earth etc.) and we have the release off the system in remaining territories. So starting september Xbox One will likely move up to a baseline of 70k-80k and higher for the rest of the year, meanwhile Wii-U will drop off to 40k-ish till the holdiays.(in wich it will sell considerably lower than Xbox One, expect maybe SSB launch week).

Doubling will only require Xbox One to move up 20k wich it will do easy with large spikes and Wii-U dropping 20k is pretty innevidable.

The Wii U will get dominated in sales come Fall.
