Thanks for not giving non-xb one owners a chance to see the results.

54 - 1 (me) voted no, and 53 have voted yes. So it's 53-53 currently.

would be if it came out now, not really by the time it drops.

It's different and colourful, but I just don't think its a game that is going to garner that much support, especially in Octoberfest month.

As Ben says if it was releasing now it could get some traction due to lack of games... October though, that is a hard sell for many of the games coming out that month. I think releasing then is just going to do it more harm than good. This isn't just a SO problem imho, there are going to be a few poor sellers in that month across the board... it's pretty stupid so many games are releasing at the same time... there is only so much money to go around.

Same here. if a day i buy xbox one, i may consider.

I think Insomniac shot themselves in the foot going multiplat. Theyve never been seen as a super talented studio, I mean theyre good and make fun games but its nothing like they were the best. They cant just say "hey this is an insomniac game" and everyone will jump aboard. If it was Naughty Dog going multiplat than the fact that it was Naughty Dog would sell the game alone.

Insomniac has always made fun games that catter to a rather small audience and this worked well when they were on Sonys side cause ppl got to know the studio and they build a following. Going multiplat (and exclusive for Ms on Sunsets Overdrive case) alianated this following they had and Ms fans arent just going to jump aboard cause its not like Insomniac is this big of a studio.

Where I want to get with this is I realy fear the company wouldve done much better if they had stayed Sony exclusive and altough Sunset Overdrive looks super fun I dont see it selling too much, if it gets anything bellw a 90 on metascore ppl will find reasons to say its not worth 60 bucks and pass on it.

I'm a hardcore insomniac fan, so I will buy overstri - I mean sunset overdrive, eventually.

But as OP says, after fuse flop, and the past 2/3 r&c games, it's definitely not a 'buy xbox for this game' kinda game.

Insomniac are slowly drifting to the f2p, I can feel it. Hopefully this and R&C remake can get them to pump some excitement for new gen.

Assuming someone I know that owns an Xbone is getting it, yes, I'll get it for co-op--if not, no.

Nahhh. Not really interested.

I'm PS guy, but i'll admit i'm a little jelly about this one.

Having said it in my new Xbox One owner thread, I'll say it here, too...

The game isn't compelling me to buy it for some reason. I can't put my finger on it, but I'll keep my eye on it for professional reasons. I voted 'no', because that's the truth right now, even if it may change later!
