Silent hill HD and prince of persia HD improved the models and textures.Sillent hill ,though, fucked the fog,shadows,some lights and changed the "warm" colors for more washed out colors(FFXHD did the same)

Some fans didn't like some characters new faces in FFXHD, even though it's not on the same level.

At least we can see silent hill HD wasn't rushed for easy money



Which is why I think Wind Waker HD is one of the better remakes that have come out this gen.



"I think it will be the HDS"-Me in regards to Nintendo's next handheld.

As far as ''effort'' going, I dont think anything will ever top Master Chief Collection.

The problem with the remasters that fall in category ''b'' is that the games are far too dated to even be worth remastering (Silent Hill, Devil May Cry, Resident Evil games). As great as it was playing Hitman Contracts, even that was dated.
