I was gonna buy the Swapper, would be great if its true.

All's well, except for the Swapper. It is already a part of this:

so it seems counter-intuitive to give it away for free now, even if it's just one region. It would be a precedent for a new game on PS4.

This is just a rumor, dont think its true. Didnt Octodads producer say it wont be on PS+.
