It's definitely possible the score can go down, but there's no way this deserves the same score as the original in my opinion. It is the better version, but if that was why it got such high scores, why did Ocarina of Time 3D and Wind Waker HD score lower than the original?

Because not enough time has passed between TLoU and TLoU:R to notice the flaws, unlike OoT or WW.

Yeah really I was wondering the same thing. I'm sure this is fun but it was just released last year! Naughty Dog and Sony gave it no time to age. And it's not even like it upgraded from SD to HD, all we get to see are a little better graphics and maybe some extra added features. Games like OoT 3D and WWHD deserve a lot more respect than this

Higher standards today, compared to when those games were originally released. Many would argue that the bar hasn't been raised much, if at all, after the release of the original The Last of Us.

Gonna have to lock this before it gets out of hand. Namely, it's difficult to call a game overrated when it isn't even out yet.

I think it's more sensible to say Oot3d and WWHD was underrated.
