Now figure out how to put a GPU in there and a board small enough to fit but big enough to host the board and you will have something that would sell for thousands from the novelty alone.

If you want something similar to this with doing little to no work, you should get a bunch of emulators for your phone, connect it to a TV, and then connect a Wii Remote + Classic Controller to the phone!

Pretty cool, I'd buy one of those if they were on sale. (I'd imagine you'd run into legal trouble though from Sony, Nintendo, and Sega)

Dolphin is all CPU and only a max of 2 threads. Do you have an AMD CPU?

You should be able run Dolphin on 1080p and even with some AA with 7750 if you have an intel Ivy Bridge or Haswell CPU. 

AMD CPUs aren't as lucky for this situation.
