Did someone really say console gaming is more socially acceptable? What pathetic dumbed down social circle do you hang out with? I've ran into more PC gamers in the corporate/professional world than I have console gamers. Heck my boss is a PC gamer. His rig puts mine to shame. My co-workers mostly PC game. My friends are mainly PC gamers. All have successful and active social lives. Most are married now too. This isn't the 80s anymore. Get that out of your heads.

I remember years ago when HDD's were just being released with consoles and one of the biggest gripes console gamers had with PC games were "unfinished games" and patches. I said at with the release of consoles with hdd's that console gamers would soon also experience patches and the "unfinished games" you complain about with PC's and was brushed off as some crazy hobo! Fast forward to today and both PC and console are alike in that respect.

As much as conole gamers piss and moan about the "PC master race" the ones who complain are just as bad. Anyone who is not technologically inept can operate a computer well enough that all these "trumped up" concerns are moot! If you are, this is 2014 fix that for crying out loud! You have NO excuse! Been gaming on PC for many years and consoles a little longer and I love both! I play my RTS and FPS genres on PC simply because I feel that is the best place to possibly play them and everything else on the console. Again, the people that piss and moan about the disadvantages of a PC clearly have no clue at all. None.
