Actually, I just beat Mass Effect and I loved it but I can see why people would find it overrated. 

Yah, I could never really get into Kingdom Hearts. Always thought that the plot was ridiculous. 

Haven't played 10-2 but I also think FF10 is overrated. It's the small stuff that annoys me about 10, the weird character motions and the voices never matched with the character's mouths. It may be seem like a minor thing but it absolutely broke my immersion with the story.

Well it's usually the small things that ruin games for me as well, but I really felt like X/X-2 disappointed after IX...

I actually felt that way about FF13 since I absolutely loved 12.

Everybody felt that 13 dissapointed compared to the previous entires, but since that game is always ridiculed, it's not overrated.

Elder scroll IV: oblivion. Skyrim was a huge improvement compared to the last 0ne, imo.

I love Xenoblade, it's one of my favorite games from last gen. I absolutely adore everything about it.

But I bury my head in my hands whenever I see someone calling it the BEST (J)RPG EVER. The game has flaws. It's far from perfect.

I agree with Kingdom Hearts 2 and Skyrim. Don't agree so much on FFIV.

I felt that while KHII improved some aspects over KH, it also took away some of the good aspects of the first game.

Final Fantasy VII. Don't get me wrong. Good game, I just hate how everyone claims its the best Final Fantasy game ever, when they haven't even played the previous entry.

Every RPG is underrated. Except for FF7 and Skyrim which are complete shit.
