I honestly would like to know. I can understand you not liking Nintendo games, but the point you're so desperately trying to make applies to all franchises with more than 1 sequel. In fact, most of the games in the franchises mentioned above are far more of the same than Nintendo's offerings. Claiming otherwise pretty silly.

It's funny you say they're just tweaked with better graphics, because I'm pretty sure Nintendo did more new things between Mario Galaxy and 3D World than Sony did between all Uncharteds and God of Wars combined.

The difference are the story

nintendo seems to recycle the same story (Mario,Zelda etc) and gameplay ( Mario kart, smash bros etc)

im not saying their bad games it's just that, other than graphics I don't see much of a change from past literations....

I've come to the realization that; with more than 100 posts and no real discussion going on; with only "why is this a thread?" posts or sly digs at Nintendo being the order of the day, that this thread has run its course and thus should be locked.

Uhm no,Super Mario: let's save the princess for the millionth time(familiar formula,story,) Zelda : link defeats ganon thus saves Zelda and hyrule (again familiar formula, dungeons, weapons bosses)

maybe it's the volume of them putting out identical games and the same characters for decades that's making them stale for me, again only my opinion
