Floor Plans are determined by 2 factors.

1. Store Tier Size

2. Linear footage allocation based on your sales mix.

What do you expect every Gamestop literally ever to sell equal amounts of consoles? I mean in one store Xbox One can be selling more in that one store and PS4 in another store. So the Vita can be selling more than the 3ds in those stores. Or maybe not, maybe it's something called owning a business and making business deals, Sony can be having business deals with Gamestop and the deal is to give Sony more store space, things like that happen because guess what it's called owning a business. Seriously you guys like to overreact to the smallest things ever.

If that is the case,Sony paying more for more space than that is not good business practice, period. When you have two other companies stocking your shelves and making you money just the same you give roughly about the same space with the top sellers having a little more space then others. It's call GameStop not SONYSTOP.

Tell me when you go to a GameStop and you see the posters on the windows outside of the store, how do you think they decide what posters to ut up? They are going to put up posters of things they believe will sell, so when they out up a poster up of Mario Kart 8 instead of infamous second son, they probably believe it will sell more just like how they give more Sony space. Or if it isn't that then why did my GameStop put up a poster of Mario Kart 8 instead of infamous? It's called promotional advertisement(i think), probably because they had a deal with Nintendo. Hay it's called GameStop, not Nintendostop . Seriously, overreact much.

"There is only one race, the pathetic begging race"

That's gamestop... They will dedicate the space to what sells however, they also like to keep things together and that could explain the Vita... think of it being there by association.

Here I can't find a PS4, not that I am looking I have one, but everytime I walk into the Source, Gamestop or Walmart I can't find one.. I see stacks of XBox Ones I have also been having an issue finding WiiU's.

Sony had the largest section cause the PS4 is the most popular console right now.

Really because it looks like PS4 and  3DS have been going back and forth for past 2 months now and GameStop  just shoved the 3DS back with the WiiU like it was selling like the Vita, even the VITA had more room then the 3DS. So this argument is flawed.

Huh..no? Look at US numbers, not global. 3ds barely outsold Wii u and is well below PS4 and xb1

You are right, I stand corrected. My mistake. But still explain why VITA has more room then the 3DS?

Sales tactic, putting your lowest selling stuff next to your highest selling stuff to aid its sales because its right next to the shelf space that gets the most attention.

Besides, keeping product familys together is kind of a given, if ps4 is getting most attention, the ps family gets the allocation.

This is way different then putting posters up during release dates. If your argument was Gamestops only put up promotional posters of Nintendo and no one elses then that would be similar to my case, but it wasnt. Besides when the Wii was dominating last gen Gamestop still put the wii to the side and it was 360 getting the majority of the space. GameStop has HUGE bias against Nintendo

In the UK, my local Asda stocks more X1 products/games and gives it a lot more shelf space. Not sure why but I guess there's a reason. Each store will operate their business on a lot of different factors like what's hot, exclusives deals etc. And quite rightly like you say it could be to shift lagging stock. But unless you are an employee deep within the company, you will never know why.

PS4 is the most popular console therefor will have more space, or at least i would think. Im not entirely sure where your going with this. Also i want to add that PS4 is selling more software than xbox one and wiiu thanks to multiplat games leading the way.

Even then every gamestop is differnent. Who knows, maybe some gamestops have a bigger xbox one wall. or maybe some have the same size. I can however assure you that the size of the wall isnt what matters here ;)
