Forums - Gaming Discussion - Assassin's Creed Easter Egg that might blow your mind(possible spoilers)

So I finished Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag, but was waiting to tell you guys from last week when I found a certain easter egg that was quite revealing. When I was hacking a computer it revealed BLUME which is the head organization who created the computerized camera surveillance called Ctos in Watchdogs. Assassins Creed: Black Flag's present day world seems to be the beginning of Blumes rise.  Is Blume connected to the Templars? There seem to be two factions in Watchdogs just like in Assassins creed, but with different names. Perhaps this is the reason why Watchdogs release date was pushes back a little. To give people come time to take in the fact that these two games will somehow intertwine.

Yeah, In watchdogs this when you hack the surveillance system for this house this kid is trying to teach his father how to play Assassins Creed. In another house there is a videogame advisor named Eddie Kenway.

I'm not surprised.

That's pretty cool.

There were already a lot of articles that Watch Dogs and Asscreed are in the same Universe.

Asscreed writer said all the references are only "fun" and not really connected but well, if you have so many of the same stuff in both games it is pretty much the same universe...

Yeah, I was like "WTF?" LOL. My same reaction to the first Assassin's Creed's ending.

Far Cry 3 had Abstergo references in it. Watch Dogs has Abstergo references. This isn't that mind blowing.
