I saw a snippet of Hitch a week ago or so and had that thought. "You know, that was the perfect role for Kevin James." It's one of the only times he had a character who came off as wholly sympathetic, if a bit deluded in how high he set his sights.

Huh... Wasn't expecting that

There was an old Mario cartoon and a decent DK CG animated series, I remember these two. But I agree that Sega was awesome, the older 90s Sonic cartoon was awesome.

I like the premise -- reminds me of Anthology of Interest II from Futurama -- but I worry with Columbus at the helm and Sandler and James in starring roles. They're funny guys but I'm not sure they can carry a movie.

the Zelda Cartoon is just the worst. ohh wait stop, the Mario movie is the worst.

Maybe someday Sony and Nintendo will be one company.

Yeah. Thats why they don't make them anymore or usually license them out. Out of all the times they did. Which was honestly done good? Wreck it Ralph. So Nintendo is probbaly more open to those type of usages. VS someone making a Zelda movie. And failing like the Mario movie.

I will never forget that Bowser was a human guy that becomes a mutant T. Rex. Oh, and the 2m height goombas and koopas with tiny heads. They managed to screw Luigi and forget the mustache. Man, that  was wicked.

It would be bad because it would be a monopoly, but it would be one hell of a game line-up.
