Yeah but the 3DS numbers are falling rapidly. They need to announce the successor next year for release in 2016. I don't see the 3DS lasting till 2017.

Should be interesting how big the boost will be then. I'd assume MH fans would have got their 3DSs to play the original MH4.

For comparison's sake, MH3G boosted 3DS sales in Japan by 75%! I think this boost will be slighly lower though..
