The tech has been far ahead from the 3DS for years. Sales it will never catch up on, but there is not a single game on 3DS that looks as good as Wipeout or Uncharted on Vita.

Tech + strong line up>strong line up it's proved by PS4 people before the launch of PS4 people said it's impossible to the stronger console to be first.
If Vita shared all multiplatform games with PS4/X1 i think Vita could outsell 3DS



PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

Never, the PS vita tech already reached it's roof with Borderlands 2. Sony need to double back and start pumping out AAA games for the Vita fast
