Yesss! Auto regeneration is the worst game mechanic ever.


Sounds very promising on paper, but I'm sceptical because all id Software games after Quake 3 were disappointing,

when i saw the pictures i got hyped so im excited hopefully we get a nice little trailer with the new details :)

Color me interested. Sounds very much like an old-school shooter -- fast, frenetic, waves of enemies, and a huge arsenal of crazy weapons.

I'm eager to hear more about the multiplayer options.

That day still fresh in my mind like yesterday when I booted my 386 to play Doom 2: Hell on Earth, one of the best stunners from Id software around the time.

Looks like serious sam 3. if it is as goofy as SS3. i'll pass. Destiny is the only thing I care about now, it is simply amazing. I really hope this Doom to have a serious tone, not a joke tone like SS3.

Words cannot describe the hype level I have regarding DooM 4 ! I have been telling people I might sell all my consoles and PC and quit gaming if Bethesda allows a bad DooM game to be released. HAHAHA. I bet it is going to be amazing though. I would think tarnishing one of the most legendary names in gaming would be the last thing they are intending.  I wonder if release is still like 2 years away?
