1. Where is the contradiction ? The SMM spokesperson is stating that on the 17th there was no access, that on the 18th it was very limited.

2. who would believe a terrorist ?

1. Short memory, huh?

rebels and russians preventing access to the experts

2. In what terroristic attacks you're acccusing Boroday?

1. since everything you know from me is written on this website in the last few days you should have no problem "refreshing" my memory

the issue is that my memory is actually fine, yours on the other hand... it seems you imagine contradictions where you need them

2. all terrorist attacks of that russian mug and the DPR's towards ukrainians and passengers of MH 17

1. You said experts, OSCE monitoring team aren't experts, they're on the ground for a totally different reasons rather than Boeing crash. You said preventing access, which is not the case, see posted video.

2. a) What attacks against Ukrainians? Examples please. b) Even if they hit it, which far from being a fact. That'd rather strange terroristic attack without taking responsibility for it, don't you think? Accident at most.

DPR's PM new briefing:

I don't have time to translate it all. Long story short:

- ICAO experts are still not on the site, we're puzzled and suggesting it might be Kiev's fault;
- instead we've contacted 12 Malaysian experts, hopefully they'll arrive soon;
- Ukrainian experts already working on the site;
- we've found what we believe are "black boxes" (we don't have experts on the matter so cannot verify that), they are in Donetsk right now, waiting for experts*;
- working with witnesses right now -- they suggest Boeing was downed by airplane -- but we do not consider this reliable source of information.

etc.

* previous info that 8 out of 12 "black boxes" have been found and sent to Moscow was debunked earlier.

Wasn't able to verify info on ICAO experts from another source, ICAO site was absolutely useless. It seems they (Boroday claims 81 experts are exepcted) didn't share anything if they arrive and when. But there was info from Kiev that they'll invite them, yet they are still not on the site.

The Sun explicitly accused Putin of shooting down a commercial airplane with a huge headline ''PUTIN'S MISSLE''

I am still struggling to understand what would Russia have to gain by shooting down a commercial air plane full of civilians on its way from Amsterdam to Malaysia

The Telegraph. Incredinble high level of Western journalistics...

You just need to understand that Putin is a pure evil. He presses his people and eats small children for breakfast. He just likes killing people, thats why he personally shoot down that plane with a devolic laugh.

Why hasn't Russia sent their own experts if the others haven't arrived? Also where is Malaysia's team? It was their plane so they should care the most about this.

Well, if Russian experts will be working there, western media will say that they faking the proofs. So Russian experts should come together with somebosy from the West or Malaysia.

Also, I think there are much better proofs. All missile launches there can be easily controlled with a radiolocation and sattelites. So I'm 99% sure that both Russia and USA actually have all the necessary proofs. So now they trying to find a delicate exit out of this problem.

My opinion is that plane was shot down, but not from the ground. It was shot down by Ukraine military jet, by some stupid mistake. Its easy to see on the photos of parts of fallen plane, cause the damage to plane will be very different from Buk and from plane missile.

Here's official letter from IAC on 19.07 (IAC on wiki) -- i.e. they're willing to joing ICAO team -- that's all I have on this. As for Malaysians, the first time I heard about them is this briefing, Boroday expects them soon. But again official ICAO statement is two day old now:

 ICAO experts will shortly be dispatched to begin assisting NBAAII officials and we are grateful to be able to support these efforts

They are still in Kiev according to Boroday.
