More proof that Japanese are not xenophobic at all, in terms of what media they'll consume, it's just that a lot of foreign media doesn't immediately appeal to Japanese sensibilities (something more complex than "Not Japanese=do not want)
The stuff that does, though, like Frozen, will do well.
