My thoughts exactly, the entire video and piece are written basically under the assumption that anyone who just came to the US, and can't speak much English, must clearly be illegal.

Down in Texas there are Hispanics who speak Spanish and no English, but they are American citizens. Yea seems like stereotyping to me.
