I rarely buy DLC, only when i think its worth it and not a rip off.
I bought the DLCs for Bioshock Infinite for example and i didnt regret that.
Never purchased anything in a pay to win game or for early access though.

If you're interested in Nintendo content and understand german, maybe you want to take a look at my youtube channel! :)

Great comic. Glad to say I'm not a part of the problem.

I have never bought DLC in my life

I rarely buy dlc and that's about it.

I only buy a game, if it's worth the money. If the base game is worth 60$, I buy it. If it gets DLC for lets say 20$, I only buy it if it's worth in my eyes. That's how it works for me.

But I buy very rarely games for the full price, unless it's a Nintendo game or something I can't wait to get like Skyrim. Other than that, I wait for steam sales :)

Not part of the problem at all.

I dont buy any game for more than 50€ and even 50€ is just twice or so a year (has to be something special and a game that wont get DLC at all.

I usually wait a few months before I buy a game because if the devs have no faith in their product they will give it a BIG price cut so why waste money and why pay more than the dev thinks its worth?

I dont buy a game at all If i hear it gets story DLC etc. If it gets useless stuff like horse armor I just ignore the DLC and buy the game. Same for games that get seperate maps that have no connection at all to the main story. I wait for GOTY editions when I want a game that has story DLC..

If a game gets extra content on 1 system I dont buy it at all no matter if I own the system that would get extra content or not.
Assassins Creed getting extra content on PS3 makes me not buy the game at all even tho I have 6 PS3 consoles. If the extra content is hardware specific and makes sense e.g pointer controls for Wii / voice commands for Xbox etc. then I do buy it.
If its just a fucking "HERE I PAY YOU SHITLOADS OF MONEY FOR THIS EXTRA . LETS HAVE STUPID BUSINESS PRACTICES BECAUSE WE DONT CARE WHATS GOOD FOR CONSMERS" then I dont.

Expansions for games have existed for decades. DLC was a natural progression.

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

Nope. I think the most recent DLC I bought was this one. And I never looked back.

Haven't paid a single cent for free to play games and I'm not interested in any early access games.
Looks like I'm not part of the problem.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

The only pice of dlc i ever bought was a LBP Costume.
I've never bought an erarly access game.
And if i buy something in a ftp game (which i practicly never do) it's only after i've got hours of play out of it and want to support it.

So no i'm not part of the problem.
Also i don't think DLC and FTP donne right is all that bad. Why you'd buy into early access is a mistery to me though.
