2000's for me due to Portrait of Ruin, Dawn of Sorrow, Aria of Sorrow & Circle of The Moon.

1990's are a VERY close 2nd though.

super castlevania 4 on snes was the best one in my opinion. too bad the new ones are worthy to the bargain bin.

Pretty much my thoughts on the matter as well! It would be so awesome if Konami would start making good Castlevania games again..
