There's quite a big difference between localization & purchasing an IP and making the game.

Doesn't Activision own the IP? If so shouldn't you be petitioning to them?

I agree,plus I think the petition thing is pretty pointless anyways. The only smart thing 2 do is find the powers that be at activison and make your voice heard from there,in whatever way possible. Other then that,everything else is meaningless!!!!
