He definitely was underwhelming. But I'd keep him around at least to back up the guards.

The drafted another point guard and Noris Cole is a better backup and under contract for next season.

The crumbling of the Miami Heat's Big Three on Friday leaves Wade facing a future without LeBron James and possibly Chris Bosh in Miami, and a Heat franchise facing a rebuilding situation again. The Heat, however, are trying to re-sign Bosh and Wade. Wade, 32, opted out of the $42 million left on his contract so the Heat could restructure deals with James and Bosh – only to have James leave him for Cleveland. Miami's loyalty to Wade would likely compel it to give him a contract extension because of his team-first decision to opt out of the deal. Nevertheless, Wade makes little sense for the Heat moving forward, except that he's a franchise icon who's been part of three championships. Wade grew up in Chicago, and took a meeting in 2010 free agency with the Bulls. Knee problems have limited him the past two years, and the uncertainty about his future may have played some part in James' decision to join a younger core in Cleveland. The Bulls are discussing a deal with free-agent guard Kirk Hinrich too, trying to hold off Charlotte, sources said. |
Can't really blame him if he leaves. Would have thought he would be one of those rare players that stays with the same team his entire career.
Looks like Bosh is staying in Miami. I think this is good because it keeps some of the talent spread in the East.

I guess the Heat are not going to be a total train wreck after all. Still should be a lot worse then they where this season. Bad news for the Mavs looks like Parsons will stay in Houston.
Nick Young just resigned with the Lakers i love that guy the Lakers should sign Ariza and go after Lance.
Magnitude 6.3 earthquake said to be felt in the Miami area earlier today. Likely due to the collapse of the Heat bandwagon.

Michael Jordan's stats in the 1993 finals through five games (29 years old)
He should NOT be getting the hype he gets based on his play. He's a good player, but that's it. |
Oh ok, so because cherry picked stats from one playoff series dont match cherry picked stats from the GOAT on a different team with a different opponent in a different system in a different era, he can't be a great player. Thanks.
So bosh Re-signs and it looks like Wade is coming back the Heat. The Rockets should spend that cap space to Improve their bench.
The NBA is a TEAM sport its 5 versus 5 not 1 on 1. There is no GOAT you can only go by postion as of now LeBron is not the greatest small forward of all time.
