Houston is not going to have a high 1st round pick anytime soon.  Unless Howard implodes again which could happen.  It a very good move for clearing out future cap space not sure if anyone is really want to play for the Lakers anytime soon since they are going to be very terrible for some time to come.

We know that it's a rebuilding process and that pick is still good for a trade we won't be contenders for a long time. Also i don't think that Bosh and Howard will play well together.

Edit: I also forgott to mention that the Pick is top 5 protected.

The only bright spot for the Heat next season is at least they drafted someone that could turn out to be a pretty good player (PG).

Well its save to say that the Lakers will most likely be better then The Heat next season it looks like Bosh is going to Houston and Wade really should go somewhere else also since he might only have a couple years left.

No one wants Wade unless he takes a massive paycut he should leave Miami and go to a team that will actually make the playoffs.

Truthfully , I am happy with th popularity of soccer remaining in Europe and South America. The average game is zero-zero. No other game is that low scoring.

Agreed, even though I grew up in soccer crazed Germany for the most part most matches are major snooze fests.  That being said still would rather see a whole soccer match then a whole baseball game those are very boring to me also to me.

Funny, I played soccer most in my life yet, hate watching it the most. I do prefer mlb even though it is probably the least played sport in my life. Either way, I hope somebody new wins in basketball for once next year. The predictability of the sport takes a lot  away from actally enjoying it.

Agreed, on top of all that it looks like Pat Riley will leave the Heat as team president pretty soon also.

Well I will be very happy if the Spurs finally re peat after that it would be nice if some team that never won a title wins one.

Sources: Bulls show interest in Dwyane Wade

The Chicago Bulls are interested in discussing a deal with free-agent guard Dwyane Wade, league sources told Yahoo Sports.

The crumbling of the Miami Heat's Big Three on Friday leaves Wade facing a future without LeBron James and possibly Chris Bosh in Miami, and a Heat franchise facing a rebuilding situation again. The Heat, however, are trying to re-sign Bosh and Wade.

Wade, 32, opted out of the $42 million left on his contract so the Heat could restructure deals with James and Bosh – only to have James leave him for Cleveland. Miami's loyalty to Wade would likely compel it to give him a contract extension because of his team-first decision to opt out of the deal. Nevertheless, Wade makes little sense for the Heat moving forward, except that he's a franchise icon who's been part of three championships.

Wade grew up in Chicago, and took a meeting in 2010 free agency with the Bulls. Knee problems have limited him the past two years, and the uncertainty about his future may have played some part in James' decision to join a younger core in Cleveland.

The Bulls are discussing a deal with free-agent guard Kirk Hinrich too, trying to hold off Charlotte, sources said.
