Its far too easy to find places you aren't supposed to go in this open game...

Thats what I was thinking. It would be strange if they included that but didnt unlock it later. I bet like you said it opens up after the scheduled maintenance.

Mine downloaded in the background to a certain point. Then when I started it up I had a little bit more stuff to download. My brothers was in the client and didn't have to wait the extra bit.

I didn't get to play as much as I would have liked thanks to a bad migraine, but I really like it so far...
It was cool to run into other players randomly while on a mission...
I accidentally threw a granade at one after he waved at me...
