So ND making 4 games on an engine is a negative, lol discussing anything with you is a waste of time.  Using an engine multiple time is so bad, bhahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahah lol to funny, ahh men only ninty supporters are capable of that.  Ohh noe they will use a great engine they have to make more great games, woe is gaming all is lost.  I should go become moble ios gamer now lmao.

I said recent games.  They have been getting fewer as of late.  PS4 release had Knack, and this year has Infamouse and Little Big Planet 3..  3 games.  No I don't count indie's in that list.

I could say the exact same thing about Mario.  Nintendo makes a new engine every game which happens to use Mario and that's a bad thing?  New engine means original gameplay.  A concept lost on ND.  

I dont care you dont, maybe shoulnd count anything mario mario spin of morio in it thus 90% of ninty games go out the window? or anythiing cartooni and that what 99%.

PS4 is 8 months old, basing anything opinion of such a short time is ignorant.  No one with any common sense will base any opinion on the launch window releases.  We dont even know what half of sce ws is up to.

My point being both of you just need to accept the opinions of each  other and let the arugment go because now both parties are just basically going back and forth down playing what the other said...sorry to butt in to the convo but it was just getting a little out of hand...IMO


I never denied that mario is still a platformer.  If you took out Sackboy from LBP and put in Mario you could make that exact same statement that the same basic gameplay is the same.  Yes jumping puzzles is part of platforming game genre.  

Second point, I said they are getting narrower in recent games on the PS4.  I didn't say they didn't have them, I said they were being phased out.  

But the PS4 JUST came out....and you are only counting retail games ignoring the LONG list of indies/f2p games. You can't just NOT COUNT them as if they don't exist lol. Also you left out driveclub from your list as well. I could understand your argument if the PS4 had been for like 2 or 3 years but it has only been out 7 months and has MLB The show(Sports), KZ(Shooter), Infamous(Open world sandbox), Knack(platofrmer), with coming Driveclub(racing) and LBP3(basically whatever you want to make it). So your statement still doesn't hold water even if you use just the PS4.

Also I never said you denied it was a platformer. You said they come out with different ones changing up the gameplay every time and that is not technically true. But again both of you seem to just be making points to do nothing but counter/downplay the other. I don't know like I said the conversation just seemed to be going away fromr eality and to whatever the other feels like it should be. No disrespect intended...

Show me where I said that ??? now reality migh be that, and them showing mario in everyhting might mean that.  i didint out rigth say that, i know they make a few other things, but its mario mario mario spin of mario sports something else mario mario spin of and more mario.  


My apoligies you didn't say Nin you were speaking on "kiddy" games in general and it just seemed as if that was pointed at Nin. And Mario is THE face of Nin so of course he is in most of their games and he kind of has to be seeing as they have very little 3rd party support. Then they also have lots of others game besides Mario as well like the ones I mentioned seeing as they still work as an example lol. Can't knock them from going with their bread and butter.

But again like I said it just seems you two are getting a little over passionate and just going for personal reasons back and forth at each other....nothing wrong with a passionate conversation but geez lol.

Any one with any business sense and logic knows its MS casue they dont need it or Nintendo casue their hardware sales are struggling and they need a user base to sale their games on.  Sony will sale of every other unit before PS, they could legitametly become Sony PS Finencial and movies/tv.  

Plus sony hardware and MS and Ninty games and services on it makes best sense.  it that ever came to be IF.

8 months old with an E3 under its belt.  Japan has had its doors opened and they aren't buying it.  You would think if they had something in the pipeline they would show it off by now.
