Yes, he did, as far as I know. But that doesn't answer my question. Why did he make it so that he has to update the badges? It's not impossible to make the badges update themselves..

Hmm good point. They used to update themselves to my recollection, but ioi abandoned the idea. If I remember correctly, Spurge or someone asked him to update the badges one last time, which he did. Since then he seems to update them as and when they are discussed...
