All three are among the greatest games of all time. But I voted SM64.

However, Super Mario 64 was truly unprecedented in every aspect. There had never, ever been anything like that on home consoles before.

Halo owes a little something to Goldeneye 007 for making FPS on consoles a thing.

Sega had made several other great fighters before Soul Caliber. Amongst the Dreamcast's catalog of amazing fighting games, one or more could arguably considered just as good as Soul Caliber ever was -- depending on your tastes of course.

Good overal points with what Halo did as a game changer.  In the case of Soul Calibur and Sega making other fighting games. The question is as to the games Launch effect.

Halo easily, that game single handily kept Xbox relevant imo.

Could say the same thing about Super Mario 64, tbh

Xbox One - PS4 - Wii U - PC

Mario 64 was memorable to me,but I was hyped for halo (was rewarded) even more
Was the First game to make me buy a console strictly for it

But if one of them, then Soul calibur.

What about the second question in the OP ?

Soul Calibur is the best of these three. It's aged really well, too.

But the best launch game of all time is Wii Sports.

If you coming from a QUALITY stand point, I think Wii Sports is not even in the top 100. but thats just me.

But what about the seciond question in the OP ?

Definitely Halo. Don't care much for fighting games and i never really understood the praise SM64 gets (technical innovations aside).

I'm going to go with SM64. Halo and Soul Calibur were great games that did their respective genres better than any predecessors, but Super Mario 64 went beyond that. It helped define the 3D platformer in the first place, was arguably the best 2D to 3D jump in gaming history, AND was at least as impressive for its time as Halo and Soul Calibur.

Love and tolerate.

Exploring SM64's levels and getting all the 120 stars is simply too much fun..
