Hey everyone! The best thing about the VGChartz community is the interaction. Hahaha ikr. What is even better is the amount of calling each other out on what they say and what they predict, so why not make a sales betting thread?

This is basically a thread where members can bet with others on sales data. With this weeks numbers this will be interesting. Bets can be hardware and or software. You can bet on sig control and other stuff as long as the members agree.

These are the rules:

One has to propose a prediction.

Another one must make a counter prediction.

After they both have predictions, they must agree to the bet.

Finally, they must post the bet in your sig.

Wii Us new basline is going to be 45 to 50k

EDIT: Bets will be posted here and will be update!

1) TechnoHobbit wins if  the Wii U sells closer to 10 million LTD by 1/3/2015. If it sells closer to 9.5 million LTD by 1/3/2015 OfficerRaichu15 wins (winner gets 2 weeks of avatar control).

^Agree with that one, so I can't bet against it. 

The Wii U will surpass 10 million units sold by 1/3/2015 (VGChartz data, but the person who accepts this bet can choose at the time of the bet being made to wait until the first VGC update after the December NPD--instead of the VGC update right after 1/3/2015).

Two weeks of avatar control (must follow the TOS and I must be allowed to edit in a hobbit somewhere )



Bets:

1. If the Wii U sells closer to 10 million LTD by 1/3/2015 I win. If it sells closer to 9.5 million LTD by 1/3/2015 OfficerRaichu15 wins (winner gets 2 weeks of avatar control)--Lost.

Sorry I should have made it more clear lol. I meant the person who makes the bet can choose (at the time of the bet being made I might add) to either use the initial VGC data for 2014 or they can opt to wait until after NPD releases the US December data and VGC make their adjustments

Oh thats a smart bet, but I agree that the Wii U will sell 10m so I cant do the bet.
