The PS3 is expected to pass the XBox 360 by the end of 2009 in North America. Having seen games like: MGS 4, Resistance 2, Kill Zone 2, Final Fantasy 13 Versus, Little Big Planet, Gran Turismo 5, Grand Theft Auto IV, Devil May Cry 4  all have been released and driven sales up to record levels.  The PS3 surges pass the XBox 360 in total sales mid 2009 and finally catches up to total XBox 360 sales in North America region. PS3 at 199, will catch up and pass the Wii eventually in total sales.

I am predicting two years from now. It can be totally different. HDTV's are mainstream and are considerably alot more cheaper to purchase. DVD's are near extinction due to the limited storage capacity.

Either way, both won't have enough information to back that claim up. And really, just stop listing games. This idea of "When ________ game comes out, the PS3 will rise!!" has been debunked since Lair came out, since Heavenly Sword came out, since Ratchet and Clank came out.....really now, just stop it, wait for the games to come out, and just enjoy the game. If the PS3 does rise to the top while you are enjoying the games, then great. If not, then you at least enjoyed the games anyways.

We do not know what the future holds.... Well with stacks of games out and being considerably cheaper the PS3 will be like crack. You can not get enough of it.
