The old school games look awesome because the graphics are so ancient that they are back in style (the indie craze right now is insane) so those games don't need redos right now. The newer games don't need redos. The 64 games aren't really nostalgic looking and they don't look good at all, and OoT was well done in it's redo so I think MM needs it above any other game.

Definitely Majora's Mask.
The 2D games are already perfect as they are, we already got a nice Ocarina remake on 3DS, I don't really care about a Skyward Sword remake and I didn't like the DS games in the first place.
Twilight Princess would be the only other contender but it's still a distant second to Majora's Mask for me. Love that game.
