1. Assassin's Creed 2- I'm a Renaissance junkie, so this was simply amazing for me.

2. Saints Row 3/4- Playing with friends is amazing.

3. Read Dead Redemption- Loved the atmosphere.

I like GTAV, AC games, and Fallout 3. Those are probably my top 3. I haven't played Infamous SS yet and it looks amazing so that might change.

I'd probably say Minecraft but since there's apparently something wrong with it, I'm not sure what to choose. Oblivion and Skyrim are strong contenders, though, and I can't entirely choose between them.

To be clear Minecraft isn't an open-world sandbox game. Its simply a sandbox game.

Please elaborate, because this doesn't make much sense to me with your choice of words. I get your point but your choice of words seems wrong.

I was asking the same thing.  I mean, I can get the need for wanting to take a game like Minecraft out but I don't think there's any definition of the term "Open World" that doesn't apply to Minecraft.

Red dead repemption is my favorite sandbox game ever. Hoping they make another one next year.

You got the point though. Thing is it doesn't focus on character-based exploration or have side-activities, and that's what I mean by an open-world sandbox game.

GTA Vice City, Fallout 3, Just Cause 2, and RDR.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.

1) Bully Scholarship Edition
2) Saints Row 4
3) Saints Row 3

Pretty much this execpt I would bumb Bully to the third spot and I still like the second Saint's Row a lot also especially since it still has the best version of the mix radio station.

Lol. Minecraft is definitely an open-world sandbox game.

My top three are:
3. Minecraft
2. Fallout 3
1. Just Cause 2

Also, I think GTA and RDR fail pretty hard as open-world sandbox games. They Feel very linear compared to the games I mentioned.

Add me on Xbox Live: TopCat8

When it comes to GTA soundtracks nothing will ever top Vice City unless they make another game set in the 80's.

1. Wind Waker HD
2. Xenoblade Chronicles
3. Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag
4. Fallout 3
5. Skyrim
