Yeah that's true.  I don't plan on doing that anytime soon since my ps4 needs it for multiplayer.  The thing is the longer you subscribe to PS+ the more games you'll get.  The more games I get the less likely I will cancel my subscription.

For those of you wondering why you are no longer able to play the games you got on your 30 day trial of plus here is an explanation

 

FREE GAMES ; Any game / DLC you get FREE with plus expires at the same time your plus membership expires. Meaning you will not be able to play these games unless you renew plus, or buy the game. if you go the way of reuping for plus - you can still play the games from your old membership - even if your membership expired - if you deleted the games because you were no longer able to play them - you can find them in your download list and redownload them

Because that's exactly how PS+ works...:P 

I hate PS+ because I have lots of games but I'm not interested in playing all of them, yet I have let's say 10 that I should seriously attempts, allas, I don't have time for those either. 

I'm in the embarasing situation that my Vita has loads of games, and it sits in the drawer gathering the proverbial dust.

I partially blame the World Cup and the lack of remote play.

That sounds like a good reason to love it. You don't have to play them all, but choice is always a good thing. Can you still play those games without your subscription?
