Forums - Sony Discussion - I change my mind. I hate ps+ again. (40th platinum)

So, when I got my vita in Feb I made a thread stating I loved ps+. Now, fuck that. I hate it. I have too many damn games and don't have enough time to play them. Seriously, I just got my 40th platinum (puppeteer)  and I look at my back log to see what's next and I have about 30 games to choose from. This just makes my life so difficult. That's  just for ps3 too. Don't get me started on vita or ps4 games. I'm  overwhelmed by the games and they just keep building up each month. How am I suppose to play all of these? I will not be renewing my subscription next year. By that time I'll have enough games to last me the rest of my life. I'm going to have to start just playing through the games once and moving on to the next leaving them incomplete. #firstworldproblems.

i actually had the same problem lol, i have Tomb Raider, Bioshock Infinite, Metro Last Light, Puppeter, Payday 2, PES 2014 etc etc. and i was playing every game trying to beat them all, to the point that i wasnt playing the games that i actually bought.

So now i am only playing the games i bought and once i beat them all and i actually have nothing to play, THEN i will bother with the free PS Plus games.

I bought puppeteer at launch and just platniumed it. I have about 10 disc games that are unopened that I got cheap for the multi game packs like AC Enzio trilogy, R* greatest hits, Bishops 1 and 2, KH1.5, and fallout 3 and new Vegas.

PS+ is deadly for trophy hunters, I even stopped going for plats in a couple of games that would take too much time, cause the amount of games is getting overwhelming.

So it is happening...PS4 preorder.

Greatness Awaits!

I always put the games in my download list. Too many for me to play. Its not a real problem for me though because a lot of the games I would not want to play anyway. I love the PS+ though because some games really surprise me and I think damn I would have completely skipped this game had I not got PS+.

Nobody's perfect. I aint nobody!!!

Killzone 2. its not a fps. it a FIRST PERSON WAR SIMULATOR!!!! ..The true PLAYSTATION 3 launch date and market dominations is SEP 1st

I don't even want to look at my PS+ backlog. Between PS3 and Vita I probably have a year's worth of games to play through.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

The thing I don't like about PS Plus is they get to choose the games for you. Some of those games I bought already when they first came out, or don't interest me which is why I didn't buy them when they first came out. I really don't understand Plus. Sony should just do what Steam does and have yearly and Holiday sales that match the price. Right now, Plus is something to brag about, and that's it.

However, if you don't renew your subscription, as you say, the problem will get solved by itself, because you won't be able to play any of those games anymore.
