I'll say either Mario Circuit or Toad Harbor. They're not bad, but every other one is much better.

For me the worst is Sweet Sweet Canyon. The visuals are too brown and beige. Hardly pleasing on the eye

I really wasn't impressed by the new Rainbow Road. I like the N64 Retro one better. I had such high expectations for it too, because with the anti-gravity it feels like they could've gone crazy with the new one, but to me they played it really safe.

I can understand why they did it, at least. Driving through to whole course 3 times in MK64 was pretty tedious IMO.
