Since I've already done a couple of threads similar to this, I thought I might as well do another one. This one is pretty fitting IMO, since lots of people were saying these were the GOTG generation when they came out.

My answer is The Last of Us. Everything it a lot better than UC2 starting from the Fall.

The Last of Us wipes the floor with UC2, which is saying a lot because UC2 is a great game.

TLOU is better than UC2 in almost every way, but i'll always remember UC2 as the first time a game really blew me away. Naughty Dog have been one of the best developers around since the PS1, but it was UC2 that elevated them to Naughty God status :p

Uncharted 2 by miles. It perfected the rolercoster cinematic game play style in one game, and noting has come out better since then, it's the Indiana jones of gaming. They are very different it terms of how they deal with story and gameplay so it might not be exactly fair to compare them. However I don't think ND, or anyone else will be able to top 2, i can't say the same for TLOU, because there is a lot more, one can do with more open world survival games.

This is one of the dumbest comparisons I have seen in a Long time. Those games are different.

But when it Comes down to Overall enjoyment I would say I enjoyed Uncharted 2 more, because it inovated a lot more then The Last of Us did

Story wise: Tied
Graphics wise: The Last of Us
Gameplay wise: Tied
Music wise: The Last of Us
Voice wise: Uncharted 2
Art wise: Uncharted 2, while TLOU does indeed look beautiful, the different scenarios and environments in U2, really blew me away.
Multiplayer wise: Tied

Yeah, both games are excellent but I think I would choose Uncharted 2 because it came out almost 5 years and it still looks and play amazingly.

The Last of Us is very linear. It's not anywhere near open-world, if that's what you meant.

Uncharted 2 is a was better game in terms of fun. TLoU gets dull at times while UC2 is just over the top non stop fun.

TLoU rapes the entire UC series.

its so close between Uncharted 2, Uncharted 3, and The Last of Us.
they are my top 4 favorite games of all time. if i had to put them in order
Uncharted 3, The Last of Us, Uncharted 2.
because i like U3 multiplayer way more than the other 2.
