Boogie brings up some great points. Is next gen consoles (ps4,Xone) holding true next gen gaming graphics back? I have seen the watch dogs on ps4 and the graphics look very much last gen. Feels like pc users are getting shafted and graphic quality has to be stunted for the weaker consoles to play catch up.

They sell millions more on consoles than on PC. Of course they are going to focus most of their attention on the console versions. Simple economics.

The majority of 3rd party sales come from consoles, of course they're going to be prioritized over PC. Very few PC gamers even have the rigs to experience "true next gen gaming" or whatever it's called.
Sigs are dumb. And so are you!
Some of you are ignoring the point and making excuses.
The code was there and it works with little effort. There is no reason to turn off features that would make a better experience for the user when they were already complete.
They need to patch the PC version with this stuff on and part of the settings mapping.

I agree, but the problem is you will have console players complaining the pc version is alot better and their brand new console is under preforming what it was meant to do.
destroying any claims that ps4/xbox1 are next gen. Pitching to the consumer these consoles are nex gen and offer a new gaming experince sells.
