I absolutely love this quote. It's seriously relatable to anyone who considers gaming as a hobby.
Anyways, the main thing I take away from the OP is that the author and his friend really need to stop caring so much about mainstream perception. Liking violent games doesn't mean you're a murderer, and liking colorful games doesn't mean you're immature.
Honesly, the weirdest people in this conversation are those who judge complete strangers over something as trivial as what videogames they prefer.
