The June SDK (or whatever version brings the possibility to use the 10% of the GPU originally allocated to Kinect for other purposes) does not give the console 10% more power, it gives games access to this, so more of its potential is usable.. it's still a 1.3TF GPU with slow memory against a 1.8TF GPU with good memory speed.
As for cloud AI/physics/etc. these are not inside the box, it may be better integrated with the machine, but that all can be done with anything, from your phone to your PS4.
So, NO
PS4. As it always has and always will be. Seriously why is this still discussed?
this threads like asking if your nissan micra is as fast as a ferrari if you find a steep enough hill to roll it down.
i think what's more shocking is the 35 people who believe the x1 is more powerful with the sauces!
Man.. I hate it when your girl has to leave my place to come back to you..

some ppl thought a change of management meant xbone will get power out of nowhere, HAIL PHIL!!!
The power of Love is stronger than all these consoles combined dammit!
Anyway the PS4 seems to be more powerfull one, but I have not seen that much difference in graphics on both consoles though. Uncharted PS4 might change that and show us how really powerfull the PS4 is (my hopes )

Based on the looks of Mario Kart 8 and Zelda U, I would say the WiiU... wait, wasn´t that an option?
Software optimization is not going to suddenly turn the DDR3 RAM into DDR5. The hardware limitation is something that MS can't eliminate entirely. All these updates will help games run more optimized, but when it comes to sheer power, the PS4 will still be superior.
With that said, none of this really means anything because it's all contingent on the developers figuring out how to harness the full power of either console.
