I buy waaaaaay too many, and I should really slow down to focus on my backlog. I think I typically get 20 a year, if not more.

Including indie bundles, GOG classics, iOS games and PS+ games I already got over 200 games this year. :-*

But leaving out all the stuff under 5 €, the list is less crazy:

I only buy the really good games for retail price.
The rest are just Humble Bundles and other game bundles and ofcourse during the Steam summer and winter sale.

usually 2 main ones and a few digital and cheap titles. so far 1 of them this year but last year 3.

oh....and ANYTHING free.

I'd say I purchase roughly 15 full priced games per year. Some years a bit more, others a bit less. Like this year, so far, has been a very slow year.

...Not much games, because next year i buy PS4, and i need to money.

I average about 2+ games per month with at least one retail and one arcade game with an occasional WP or Win 8 game thrown in. I have been playing more free games lately (Xbox Games with Gold offers) and buying discounted games for Xbox360 (sales range 50-75% off). I really hate paying full price for retail games, so I have hesitated buying games for the Xbox One console.

Last year i went bit intense with purchases but i also beat a lot of games too. Less time to play this year, so got to be more selective. This year am at 5 retail and 5 digital purchases.

Going to pick up Wii Sports Club & Super Smash U at retail. Probably one or two digital games too. Let's say 14-15 games this year.

you are not being slow... it is nintendo who is being slow... don't blame yourself! :P
