      UK retailer Shopto has listed Sleeping Dogs HD for the PlayStation 4, Windows PC, and Xbox One, with a November release date.

There's every chance this is just a place holder, but with Sleeping Dogs Triad Wars on the way, it would make sense to release a HD remake of 2012's Sleeping Dogs too.

I like HD remastered games but games that came out on an HD console in the last 5 years should not ever be remaded this quickly.

I really enjoyed that game, but wouldn't pay to play it on PS4 again. I don't think it lacked anything on last gen hardware.



Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!

If they offer it as a cheap upgrade on PC I would probably play through it again. Great game

the PC port of this game was really good, with lots of upgraded textures/effects.

So they could easily do it. With some lighting tweaks like tomb raider if they want to.

But idc really. It seems kind of pointless. But it depends on how much these HD ports really cost, for it to be worth it to square.

It's more likely that it will simply be the PC version running on PS4/X1, so it wouldn't be an upgrade for the current PC version. And the game looks pretty neat on PC already.



Bet with jetforcejiminy: PS4 will pass the Wii lifetime numbers.

Since they are going to the effort of re releasing it on PC (the retailer does list a PC version along side the others) I have to imagine there must be some extra bells and whistles to go along with this release. Maybe even some new content.
