Splatoon surely can revolutionize the FPS genre without being one e.e

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

I dont think it will move systems since people will downplay it as a 'kiddie' shooter.
Mums might buy it for their young kids.
The rest of us will enjoy it for what it is.

I feel like it will fall into a niche gem category but it might sell well with a good variety of modes, strong online and offline, and some customisation.

I can't see Nintendo whoring out this series with anual releases like COD, so yeah probably, I think this game will probably have some long legs for what it is.

Also to answer the poll yes it can push systems if Nintendo gives it the same advertisement push it gave MK8. Heck any of the Wii U games could if Nintendo gave their games that kind of focus and attention.
